Officials with the Anchorage Police Department are asking drivers to "please slow down" after being called to multiple accidents on the Glenn Highway Sunday.
The first traffic alert came in just before 1:00 p.m. -- a vehicle rollover in the outbound lane of the highway, north of Turpin, had caused a delay.
At 2:48 p.m., another alert from APD said the inbound lanes of the highway was closed due to multiple car accidents.
