The man who Anchorage police say stabbed someone he knew at the Anchorage 5th Avenue mall on Sunday has been identified and charged.
Frankie Warner-Willhoit, 22, faces a charge of second degree assault. He was arrested and transported to jail, according to a release from the department.
Police say Willhoit was also arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.
