Teenager dies in early morning Wasilla shooting

Alaska State Troopers are investigating an early Sunday morning shooting that left one teenager dead.

Troopers in Palmer responded to the Wasilla residence at around 2:30 a.m. after a report of a shooting, according to a dispatch from the department.

An investigation found Jordan Flowers, 18, of Wasilla, pointed a loaded pistol at another 18-year-old and pulled the trigger. The bullet struck the teenager in the neck, killing him.
