People protested multiple issues at Tuesday's Anchorage Assembly meeting, including racial injustice and a possible mask requirement.
One protest started outside, about a half hour before the assembly meeting began. And it continued in the chambers with people testifying against requiring masks.
However, Anchorage Mayor Ethan Berkowitz announced during the meeting an emergency order has already been prepared to require masks in certain situations.
