Anchorage police are reminding drivers to take it slow as recent snowfall and wind have caused hazardous driving conditions across Southcentral.

APD says blowing snow has contributed to the poor driving conditions across Anchorage; especially on the Glenn Highway, in both directions, between the Knik River Bridge and Eagle River.

Commuters who use the Glenn Highway are asked to take extra safety precautions when traveling Sunday evening through Monday morning.
