Police have identified two “persons of interest” in a man’s Sunday shooting death at a south Anchorage gas station, releasing surveillance imagery of them and a vehicle also sought in the case.

Police said Thursday that the men in the photos were seen inside the Holiday station, at 68th Avenue and Lake Otis Parkway, shortly before an argument at about 10:45 p.m. ended in gunfire which fatally wounded 26-year-old Joshua Statham. The men shown are believed to have “information to solve this crime.”

“Also during this time, an older model white Cadillac sedan (see attached photo) was parked at the Holiday,” police wrote. “The male wearing the dark jacket was driving the vehicle. The male wearing fur hooded jacket was not in the vehicle and left on foot.”
