Emergency first responders rescued two people who became entrapped following a collision in Midtown early Tuesday morning.
Around 12:30, Anchorage Police said the westbound lanes of Fireweed were closed at A Street due to a vehicle crash involving injuries.
APD dispatch says two people were entrapped following the collision, though it's not yet clear how many people were injured, nor is it clear the extent of injuries sustained.
