Anchorage police say they're investigating a shooting that left a man injured outside the Black Angus Inn Monday afternoon.
According to a statement from APD, around 4:20 p.m., officers responded to the Inn located at 1430 Gambell Street in reference to a shooting. Police say prior to the shooting, an adult male pulled up to the front of the building in a vehicle, had a conversation with the adult male victim which turned into a fight.
"The driver exited the vehicle, some type of altercation between the two occurred, the driver shot the victim, got back into his vehicle, and drove away," police wrote.
