A moose mount hanging outside the Willow Public Library was stolen and the antlers cut from the head.
Librarian Julie Mitchell said the mount was donated to the community center in April. Staff nicknamed it “Mr. Moose,” and decorated the head for holidays like Fourth of July and Halloween.
Last Friday they noticed Mr. Moose was missing.
