Florida election officials are tossing the recount tally from Broward County. County election officials were two minutes late in turning in their machine recount tabulation so the state rejected it and only accepted a previous count. Broward officials say they had their count finished in time, but admitted that a worker had trouble navigating the website so the count was turned in late. There will be a hand-recount in two Florida races, for U.S. Senate and agricultural commission. Those results are expected Sunday.
