Anchorage Assembly agrees to cover $288k Sullivan Arena deficit

The Anchorage Assembly agreed to pay $288,299 to cover the Sullivan Arena's deficit. 

The city owns the arena, but it's privately managed by SMG, Alaska Inc. Assembly member Christopher Constant said the municipality is under contract to fill the deficit.

"We have to make sure the municipality's bills are paid," he said
